Start your day with some mindful movement to wake up your body and mind! We will get energized to keep us feeling focused and ready to take on whatever the day brings us.
For this class, enjoy tuning in and using your breath to guide you through this energizing flow – challenging the body while quieting the mind. This class will leave you feeling balanced, energized, strong, and awake.
Peace Into Chill Out. This class is about tuning in and feeling good. We will practice gentle movement, allowing you to completely let go + connect to your body with rejuvenating poses designed to help you decompress. Leave feeling nourished and balanced.
This restorative class will focus on deep relaxation with some hands on adjustments to help support you in your practice. We use physical support through props and positive touch to bring attention and awareness to areas we need to soften and relax. Finishing with savasana + aromatherapy.
RADkundalini is Kundalini for rebels, join Keeley for modern approach to Kundalini yoga; that is open to all levels. A dynamic, powerful, and fast paced form of yoga that produces fast and lasting results.
Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, pranayama (dynamic breathing techniques), meditation, mudra and mantra, as tools to ignight your kundalini energy. This energy is already inside of you waiting to be ignited, so you can tap into and live your life’s passion + purpose. Kundalini asks you to find your inner strength, and in return balances your heart + mind.
GODDESS Flow is a combination of flow yoga, kundalini yoga & the spiral structure technique . It’s all about using intentional movement + mantra to connect to the divine within. This class is open to all levels and BOTH men and women are welcomed. You’ll leave feeling energized, grounded & aware.
This class will connect your body, mind and spirit and allow you to tune into your intuition, synchronize your movements with your breath at a steady pace and allow you to find YOUR flow. We’ll move through dynamic sequences that will settle us into our bodies and allow us to surrender our mental energy over to the physical practice.
A portion of this class is dedicated to each one of us closing our eyes and free flowing in any type of movement that feels right. Surrender to the present moment, come with a light heart and trust yourself. Everything you need is within you. ❤️
For this class come with a light heart and be ready to PLAY. The instructors will lead us through dynamic sequences while playing with various transitions, arm balances and inversions in a safe and sustainable way. This class is accessible to anyone who is willing to set aside their expectations of what they think the poses should look like, and come with an open mind and commit to TRYing.
Some previous asana experience would be beneficial, as the postures and sequences will be a bit more advanced.

Sculpt® builds long, lean muscle with HIIT (high intensity interval training). HIIT kicks the body into a heightened metabolic state + optimizes the body’s ability to burn fat through maximum heart rate + maximum effort.
Sculpt® optimizes the body’s metabolism, balances hormones + enhances cellular repair for up to 36 hours beyond the time of workout.
HotCore is a 36-minute class that works the deep inner muscles of the core. Broken into pre-sequenced sets to maximize muscle toning, look, and functionality. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” or friction creating resistance. The majority of movements in HotCore build deep core strength best accessed through an exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to restorative yoga poses to stretch + lengthen.
It’s the perfect class to get a quick fun workout and end with a dreamy deep savasana.

Masterful and intentional, DEEP is restorative movement sequence that utilizes the Spiral Structure Technique® to connect mind to muscle and catalyze vibrational change on a cellular level. Unlike other Buti® trademarked formats, DEEP is low-impact and focuses on micro-movements with physical touch to connect the brain to innervated muscle and restructure the deep core. DEEP is designed to prevent injury, restore innervation and assist in the recovery of bladder/ uterine prolapse and diastasis recti. The class structure also includes self-massage and pressure point activation to release muscles during deep restorative asanas and ends with a sound bath savasana.

This class is a space for you to connect to your breath, your changing body, your baby, and other mamas-to-be. We’ll move our bodies and chat about all things baby, yoga and motherhood. Our vision is to leave you feeling the love + support of our team and of the other mamas, while feeling refreshed + empowered in your pregnancy.
Drop ins, all levels + mamas in any trimester are welcome.
This class is 75 minutes. 45 minutes of movement and 30 minutes of conversation.
Buti + Baby
Buti Yoga uses the Spiral Structure Technique to sculpt + tone the deep abdominal muscles that stabilize and strengthen the body. Our instructors will help you rediscover your body postpartum. This is NOT about “bouncing back” this is about rediscovering your body postpartum, empowerment, healing from the inside out and having FUN!
This practice ALONE has rebuilt the pelvic floor and has reversed diastasis recti (ab separation) in our own RADmums. We have proof (just ask us!).
Open to all moms: no earlier than 6 weeks post-delivery or post-caesarian. Please have a doctor’s permission before starting.
Babies: 6 weeks to 1 year (if your baby is crawling or walking, please keep baby in carseat).
Class capacity is 12, so save your spot! Two baby whisperers will be at every class to hold and cuddle your baby while you get your Buti on!
This gentle class is designed to SOOTHE + RESTORE the mind + body and ease tension in the hips, shoulders, and upper back. Bring your baby and use this time to ground and connect with your new little one, or come alone and reconnect with yourself and build awareness in the amazing and crazy changes in your beautiful, new mama body. We’ll move together and share in non-judgemental conversation about what’s important to you during this time. We’ve got your back, you are safe here. No previous experience necessary.
