Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation also known as sleeping yoga. Trying to describe yoga Nidra is kind of like trying to explain the taste of vanilla ice cream. It would be much easier if you tried it for yourself. Grab a blanket and pillow, lay down on your mat, close your eyes and we will do the rest. We focus on connecting deeply to our inner RAD self and leave with a sense of peace, while feeling refreshed and energized for the rest of the day – and maybe even the week!
For this class, enjoy tuning in and using your breath to guide you through this energizing flow – challenging the body while quieting the mind. This class will leave you feeling balanced, energized, strong, and awake.
Peace Into Chill Out. This class is about tuning in and feeling good. We will practice gentle movement, allowing you to completely let go + connect to your body with rejuvenating poses designed to help you decompress. Leave feeling nourished and balanced.
BUTI yoga [women only]
Buti is a movement practice that fuses power yoga, tribal dance, and plyometrics into a high-energy practice that transforms the body from the INSIDE out. Buti Yoga helps us tap into our inner power – our inner goddess – and unleash unshakable confidence, uncover true desire and bond with other women. The Buti Yoga movement methodology lets you become completely present, clears away stuck energy and revitalizes the body to allow each student shift their perspective of the world around them. It’s about cultivating a community of empowered women who support one another.
This class is geared towards beginners but yogi’s of all levels will benefit. We will focus on building each pose from its foundations and learn the postures of yoga. Yoga should never be taken too seriously so come with a light heart and maybe laugh at Gary’s jokes, even if they are terrible! Actually definitely laugh if they are terrible.
This class will SHIFT your perspective on your yoga practice! We’ll slow things down + focus on tuning in and being aware of how each pose FEELS. Before class, you will write yourself a permission slip to honour what you need in your practice that day – whether that means taking child’s pose, or maybe challenging yourself – honouring your body and what feels right to YOU.

BeStill – Meditation
Show up. Be still. Breathe in. Breathe out. Thoughts come. Thoughts go. Be still.
In this class, we will learn techniques to develop a practice of stillness. Take time to slow down and from there you begin to learn how your mind works. When we are still enough things become clear, from this place we can begin to find freedom in ourselves.
We will spend some time on technique and then sit for 10 – 20 minutes.
This class and the teachings are free, the class is supported through dana, the cultivation of generosity. Recommended donation $5 – $10. The funds collected will be used to purchase materials and props to support us all in our collective practice.
